The AC series filters, starting from the same operating principle as the traditional filter presses manufactured by FILTRI FAZZINI, have been equipped with technical solutions that make it possible to detach the plates and at the same time automatically detach the exhausted cake. In fact, when the single plate is partially displaced by the side trolleys, a special plate-slamming device with pneumatic pistons intervenes, allowing the complete detachment of the dehydrated cake. The high degree of synchronisation and the practically continuous automatic operation, controlled and managed as standard by a Siemens PLC and monitored on request by special optical sensors to control cake fall, allow the elimination of manpower with significant savings in plant management.
